The objective is to facilitate the project efforts in generating data of the identified farmers and communities that will participate in the exercise for documentation of the total hectares to be realized and beneficiaries. Under land restoration activity, Kano-ACReSAL has explored various models of plantings in an effort to ensure the recovery of degraded landscapes in the State. This is part of the calling under “Component A” of the ACReSAL project “Dryland Management” which digest the details on strategies to recorver the glory of degraded landscapes (Landscape Restoration) for proper utilization. Kano-ACReSAL has identified interested farmers and communities across Shanono, Falgore, Makoda, and Takai who have enlisted support to partner with the project in its Natural Regeneration activities and Individual Farmer Orchard establishment and has registered them.

ACReSAL…….greening the environment, saving lives.
