ACReSAL Team Inspects Ongoing Erosion Control Project

Kano, Nigeria - The Kano Agro-Climatic Resilience in Semi-Arid Landscapes (ACReSAL) team has conducted a supervisory visit to the ongoing erosion control project at Bulbula/Gayawa.

Led by State Project Coordinator, Aminu Gidado, the team assessed compliance with standard engineering specifications. Despite intermittent rainfall disrupting workflow, contractors have implemented effective water diversion techniques to minimize delays.

Gidado assured residents of Bulbula and Gayawa communities that the project adheres to highest design standards and will be completed within the stipulated timeline, aligning with Governor Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf’s commitment to sustainable infrastructure and environmental resilience.
