Kano-ACReSAL Signs Contract for Bulbula-Gayawa Erosion Control Supervision

The Kano State Agro-Climatic Resilience in Semi-Arid Landscapes (Kano-ACReSAL) Project has officially signed a contract for the supervision of the Bulbula-Gayawa erosion control works. The signing ceremony took place today at the conference hall of the State Project Management Unit (SPMU).

Presided over by the State Project Coordinator, Alhaji Aminu Gidado Yusha’u, the event marked a critical step toward the commencement of civil works. The contract was signed on behalf of the Kano State Government through the Ministry of Environment, with the supervision firm’s representative also in attendance.

The signing session is a key prerequisite to ensure the quality of the intervention remains uncompromised during the execution of the erosion control project.

In attendance were management staff of the SPMU, representatives of the supervision firm, journalists, and other stakeholders.
